Make Your Own Ice Cream Stand

How To

You might not be thinking about cold ice cream this time of year, but you should be thinking about cardboard boxes because this is the best time of year to find big ones (even if you have to dig them out of the neighbor's recycling). Christie of Childhood 101 has never met a box she didn't like or didn't transform into something fun for her daughter Immy.

Her latest box project is a pretend ice cream shop. As long as you find a suitable box the "construction" if fairly simple. The fun part (as usual) is decorating it and outfitting it with pretend ice cream. Check out Childhood 101 for all the instructions for both a shop and felt ice cream cones with removable scoops of ice cream.

Thanks Christie!
