Did you know you could make watercolor paints from pantry items? Ashley over at Design*Sponge has a recipe that is non-toxic and made from stuff you probably have on hand.
With a few basic ingredients—baking soda, corn syrup, cornstarch, vinegar, and food coloring — whipping up homemade watercolors takes just a few minutes. They will dry and set in a couple of days, but can be used in their liquid state immediately.
