Did you see it in person on just online? It sort of looks like chalkboard paint with chalk drawings to me since it doesn't repeat. But it's a little hard to tell from the photo since it's not such a close up.

Yes, based on the scale of the overall image and not being able to determine a repeat or seam, I would too suggest it is chalkboard or hand painted.

Although it could be a printed mural. There are many online sources for these. You choose an image or make your own, determine the size of your wall, they print it to scale and it goes up like wallpaper.

100 signed and numbered pieces per year at 430€ is expensive anywhere in the home, but the site is product geared to 0-16 year old! Yikes!

This could be a brave choice of wall decor for some but I think it totally paid off! What works for me is the simple furnishings and accessories that allow the wall paper to be the show-stopper. Love it!

I'd seen it on a blog awhile back (forget which one) and had emailed it to my friend for nursery inspiration. Glad I saved it. Just wish it were less expensive!

Thanks, Lisa Michelle! I had been searching for days for the source with no luck. I haven't seen it in person. Only online. I too, at first glance, thought it might be chalkboard paint with hand drawn animals.
