Graffiti-ing over graffiti is a crime, at least when it's a Banksy. A man in Park City, Utah is charged with criminal mischief, a second-degree felony, for allegedly breaking the protective glass and painting over a work by the London street artist. He could face a fine of up to $10,000 and up to 15 years in prison.
