We did a total remodel of our condominium town house from garage to top floor. We love to entertain and the design was geared toward that aim. After that, money was a bit tight. At least ninety percent of our home was furnished and decorated with flea market, thrift store, yard sale and close out store finds. We are very proud of the result of our home!
Thanks Mark & Stuart!

Very nice! LOVE the last picture!
Totally digging the wall of pottery!!!
Set myself a new iphone reminder: go to better flea markets and thrift stores. Like, David Weeks retail thrift stores. Lovely patio!
Lovely :) Blue bedroom table lamps - so fun!
really nice...looks very very high end not thrift store at all
So gorgeous! The wall of pottery and the giant bedside lamps really stand out as my favorite parts. But the whole home is amazing.
I love the pottery wall too! And the dog sculptures in the bedroom :)
flea markets and thrift stores are great, if there are any where you live.
Great place - Very Chic!
Doesn't look bargain-basement at all!
(Where can I get glossy lampshades made like those in the bedroom???)
Where can I get that chandelier?
Wow! This is awesome. It looks great. I'd love to see this as a house tour!
Whoa... the yard sales you guys get to out in San Fran must be way nicer than the ones we suffer around here in Eastern Canada/Central Canada! Envy and appreciation, eh?
Ah, lots of breakables!!
I love your backyard space, very lush for the size!
Gorgeous! House tour, please!
Ooooh the wall of vases is very eye-catching. I want to see more of this place.
The backyard is awesome- Nice staghorn ferns!
Very cool house. Different than the usual AT tours. That dining room chandelier is anything but bargain basement though! Mouille lights are anything but cheap.
The collection of vases on the wall in the dining area is so attention-grabbing! I love the nightstands in the bedroom (I have something almost identical in my own so it goes without saying). They lend the room some real glamour. I wish I had a private backyard space like these gentlemen... envy envy envy.
Where are those little white dogs from?
Just wanted to let poweltonian know that even the lamp in the dining room was bought at a store that was closing down for half the price.
Jalapeno
The white ceramic dogs are Jonathan Adler pieces
I would love to see more. A full house tour please!
What an amazing and inspirational apartment. I want a full house tour! You boys got taste!
#1 That wall of pottery is the most interesting composition I have seen in quite a long time on Apartment Therapy. Great eye.
#2 San Francisco? Hope they are bolted down!
Wall of pottery. :D I also really like the ceiling light!
There seem to be a lot of great ideas in this place. A full tour, if possible, would be appreciated.
I love that big silver whale on the dining table!
holy cow! was the dining light thrift pricing???
TOUR PLEASE!
This is such a nice shift from the AT "norm" and I love it!
Where did you get the shelves for the beloved pottery wall? I'm a potter, and have been looking for something similar to display finished pieces in my studio.
SWEETVIRGINIA
I designed the shelves and then had them made.
Very easy design
Where are the lamps from? They're awesome!
What a beautiful home! The dining table is GORGEOUS!
