This is something for both Martha lovers and Martha haters — The New York Times reports that a new comedy television show on the Fine Living Network will feature old clips of Martha's shows being mocked and disected by an "acerbic duo". Think Mystery Science Theater 3000 of the DIY and craft set. The most remarkable thing? Martha herself is the force behind it...

Whatever, Martha! premiers on September 16 and will be hosted by Martha's daughter, Alexis Stewart and Jennifer Koppelman Hutt (the daughter of the chairman of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Charles Koppelman). Read all about it: Show Skewers Martha Stewart, With Her Blessing.

That's a great idea. It puts a little perspective on things.
Why does Alexis look like a drag queen. She normally has that Sandra Bernhardt look about her. Someone needs to clean her face off.
Can't wait for the show!
Geesh. Who would ever need that many copper pots, or baskets?
I found a couple of old Martha Stewart cookbooks from the late 80s/early 90s among my mother's things. The recipes were appalling. Almost every menu included a vegetable pulse, essentially mashed root vegetables, as the only vegetable for the meal. Contemporary Martha cookbooks are far superior.
Sounds hilarious! It's a great idea - and of course Martha thought of it.
I predict a slew of new shows skewering old shows. I mean, just think what they could do with Reading Rainbow?
SBDesign - my sentiments exactly. She sure looks like she has had some hard living - not necessarily in the kitchen! Makes Martha look positively June Cleaverish!
Too busy of a kitchen.
