When Jennifer came across this pint sized throne at a garage sale for $20, she knew instantly it was going home with her. She set to work to make it over for her 11 month old Chloe and the results are just too precious for words.
The chair was a true reproduction made of solid wood so she couldn't simply bust out the handy stapler like we so often do for quick upholstery projects. Jennifer ended up using flexible tacking strips and nail tacks. It's a great transformation and we're pretty positive Chloe loves it as well.
Make sure you head over to Rambling Renovators to check out all the learned tricks and tips for this project, there's several and although you are always more aware of your own imperfections, we think the results are fabulous.
Thanks Jennifer!

this is fabulous!!
too cute!
This is too cute!
Cute chair, cute baby, great job!
love the chair. i really liked it before too!
Cute kid, looking cute in the chair- but I love that before- It's like a throne for a princess!!! The mini-ness of its granduer was what made it feel so special. The after is just a cute little chair that will eventually be outgrown.
I would have nabbed that chair in .05 second, too, and I don't even have kids.
Totally awesome. I like the both the before and the after.
Adorable!! Cute before and cute after. The fact that it will soon be outgrown just means someone else can enjoy it next! The owner will have the extra joy of gifting it to someone. Lucky little girl.
Amazing! I wish I had an eye for design to re-style and renovate like this.
Awesome! I would have splurged on a Paul Smith striped fabric...
