Through the Trees
Starting today, July 7, CB2 features the work of Chicago artist Matthew Lew in stores, catalogs and online. The line of original prints combines painting and photography and serves as the store's growing attempt to make accessible art a part of home décor.
From CB2:
Artist Matthew Lew's four-part wooded escape plants positive/negative digital images in acid greens, browns, coral, white on satin-finish canvas. The original was painted with actual water from the waterfalls of Kauai and was part of the Everything Urban series in the Show Me exhibition, Chicago 2007. Exclusively presented by CB2 through special arrangement with the artist. All prints are hand-signed by the artist and include a bio on the back. Collectors take note: this one-time-only limited edition of prints will not be re-issued, so don't miss out.

Thanks Heather for the post! Looks Great!
I was just drooling over "Chicago View" this past weekend - it's calling to the empty space in my office, next to my black and white Ork Chicago poster. I think this post is a sign. :)
