Is voting still open for these entries? This seems really unfair to give them extra exposure before the contest is over.

I think they're likely to enter the top because of the votes they've already received. I would think anyway...

Jumping the gun aren't we? The contest isn't even over yet and already there are inside predictions! The votes speak for themselves, but still, it is a tad tasteless to dismiss "less-than-top" entries BEFORE the end of the competition. Unprofessional AT< shame, shame.

i agree with the disagreement. Where is Apartment Therapy's impartiality, even-handedness and fairness? It's obvious the voting process is transparent and results are open for all to see, but for the website hosting the contest to blatantly call out the "very likely" semi-final winning entries out of the whole contestant batch, and those we have *yet* to view & vote, **before** contest deadline is completely unfair and totally negligent.
Very disappointed...

I think some people are taking this whole contest thing WAAAY too seriously. Nobody is going to get a hundred legitimate new votes at the last minute unless they are REALLY good, so no need to gat all angsty about this. It's all subjective anyhow.

Wow... uh, I'm sure that the ones being highlighted here have already had their voting closed, so they are not going to get any MORE votes as a result of this post.

I suppose this could inspire someone, if they really DISliked one of the homes featured here, to create many aliases and vote over and over on upcoming entries in the same category to knock one of these down the list.

Ok so voting for these entires is closed. I still think its kind of tasteless to post about favorite before the contest is even over..

Maxwell IS entitled to his opinion!!!!! He does not need negative comments from the Peanut Gallery......based on his success with this blog so far, I don't think he needs any advice from you. :)

Besides -- check the facts before you comment - he chose the ones that are already in the finals based on voting and voting is closed for these entries.

If you don't like them, then simply vote for the ones you DO like! Its simple!
