This month we're celebrating all things design-related here at Apartment Therapy, and one topic I've personally enjoyed reading is the history behind some of my favorite classic designs. It goes without saying, the mid-century modern era played an important role in design and of course, is fully represented. I came across this house tour from a devoted mid-century modern enthusiast, chock full of these iconic pieces.
The house is simple and somewhat sparse, and the all-white palette allows the classics to really stand out. The mint green Eames Shell Rocker and Noguchi Coffee Table in the first photo are two easily recognized mid-century modern classics, but what else do you see that you can name?
Still thinking? Give up, yet? Ok, I'll help you out with a couple more. I spot Catherineholm enamelware and a George Nelson Clock. Now that I've called out a few, I'm leaving our readers to throw in their two cents and name away the rest in the comment section. And while you're at it, if there's a a classic design you would like to know more about and see featured, feel free to offer up some suggestions and maybe yours will get picked!
For more gorgeous photos of this MCM home, head over to Modern Findings for the full tour.

I love the clean lines of MCM...as well as Scandanvian Design.
Don't forget the ubiquitous Eames House Bird.
I like MCM. I have quite a bit of furniture, however I mix it up with other eras. And not every accessory I have is MCM. I would love to see more eclectic styling on here. I don't care if it is a garrish Baroque influenced place with french provincial accents. Something different, please.
I'm crazy for MCM, and LOVE EVERYTHING in this home! The Eames house bird is still one of my favorite accessory pieces, and SO on my wish list. One day.... one day!
Total MCM fan here. All my furniture is vintage MCM. However, I mix it up by not having any vintage MCM art because I want to support current artists.
What else do I spy?? A Serge Mouille Lamp, an Eames wire based table, George Nelson CSS, Krenit Danish bowls, and is that an Aldo Londi ceramic cat?
