Homemade by others. We all know that homemade food is better than prepackaged, and many have made the argument that organic fruits and vegetables are healthier for babies. But it's hard to always find the necessary hour needed to steam, scrape, mash, and freeze fresh baby food in your home. As a good alternative, our toddler enjoys HomemadeBaby.
The company offers three levels of food consistency: So Smooth, Good Mushy, and Kinda Chunky, to fit your baby's developing ability to chew. Flavors are good and the food actually taste like fruits and vegetables. The containers last outside a fridge for up to 4 hours, so we find it helpful to stick a serving or two in the diaper bag when we go places. They ship overnight anywhere in the U.S., but we'd find that prohibitively costly, and buy ours at our neighborhood grocery store (you can find out where they sell on their website).
