It's my first time living alone so I love having control over everything!
I love the dresser my TV rests on, and though it doesn't suit the space it has to hang out there until I have somewhere to store it so that I can one day use it as a buffet.
I'm also very proud of the coffee table which I built myself and is my first woodworking project. The top lifts up level so I can use it as a desk.
Three of My Best Tips and Tricks for Creating a Successful Small Space::
1. Find pieces you love, and work around them (I've done part one but I'm still working on part two).
2. Books and a place to read are essential in any home.
3. What works well for other people won't always work best for you. If other people want to live in a small space with fewer kitchen items and more open space that's great for them. I'm glad to have my kitchen chock full of things I use regularly, and some of my limited storage space carved out for my homebrewing supplies.
