Are you in the Halloween spirit yet? We just started with decorations at our house. A spider here, a skeleton there. If you want to get in a spooky Halloween mood, try out Taylor's crayon bats.

She used the "stained glass" process of melting shaved crayon pieces between sheets of wax paper using an iron. The melted crayon creates beautiful patterns in the wax paper. Follow Taylor's detailed instructions on how to make the bats and make them fly. It's a great way to create impressive looking homemade decorations.
