âThe neighbors are Asians â they donât complain about anything,â
WTF??? What a weird article. I dig the house, though.
I love the house! I find the simpleness soothing and relaxing. I also love large glass expanses for natural light. Yes, I could live here (with different furnishings).
Anna, I think that it was a little (positive)comments about their Asian neighbors. It's like a culture characteristic. Asians tend to complain less and they don't bother others' business.
The house is really nice. The story coming with the house is even more touching. Love it.
Koreans do complain, we just keep it to ourselves. You know Koreans in general don't get modern, but I could totally live there.
By definition, it's racist to make such sweeping statements about an ethnic group. Complaining has everything to do with personality and nothing to do with ethnicity. As for culture, what if this guy's Asian neighbors were third generation American? Then what does their Asian background have to do with anything? Sure there are cultural differences, but not all Asians are fresh off the boat.
imcaffeine, nice promotion of a stereotype. The ignorance of some people never ceases to amaze me: "Asians tend to complain less and they don't bother others' business."
WTF???
there is house that looks similar to this down the street from me. i didn't like it at first, but now i love it.
I quite like it. I am always amazed at how many homes are still built almost entirely of wood in this day and age.
As an Asian I have to say this that generally it's pretty true. And on the other side of the fence, Asians tend to find white generally complain too much.
I absolutely love this house. I wish I can build a home like this someday.
