
You'll need a big bathtub to use these in your apartment. But we couldn't resist sharing them with you. Designer Hector Serrano created these lights entitled "Waterproof" to be used in water. As the artist states, "the project deals with the importance of context and plays with our perception of objects." He hasn't redesigned the lamp, but placed in a new context, utilizing technology to do so.
If you're looking for a new lamp, check out its manufacturer, Metalarte. They aren't cheap, as Crave is reporting that Waterproof will run you $450. But what price can you put on a work of art?
