Name: Amelia (3) and Nicholas (1)
Location: Lancaster, PA
Color Inspiration: The color in the Ohdeedoh post "May's Hip and Little Room." It was the first nursery tour I saw on Ohdeedoh and I've been hooked since! While I was pregnant with Nicholas, we thought he was a girl until about 33 weeks. We intended to have our two "girls" share a room and I wanted something pretty, but in blue. When we found out he was a boy, we decided to stick with the same color and just change some of the accents for each of them which worked out even better. As they grow, it's allowing me to personalize different elements for each little one and I love this beautiful aqua blue as the backdrop.
Tip for Using Color: Use what you love and what makes you happy - you're the one who looks at it every single day. The cheerful aqua is paired with yellow, but there are bits of other colors in other places as well to keep it from being too fussy.
Colors Used: Aqua, yellow, white and a bit of wood. The walls are True Value's Surfboard (#2582.)
Thanks for your colorful entry Lillian and good luck!
