In Europe, I'm always seeing vintage wire dress mannequins at the flea market and in people's homes as decorative items in a bedroom or living room. But on a quiet weekday on Portobello Road, I spotted a rash of miniature dress mannequins on the sidewalk...

These were under 20 pounds and looked great together, and could be charming as a decorative accessory in the corner of a girl's room.
