When you live in a tiny space, every bit needs to be usable. While Murphy beds and concealed storage are common, German company Miniki has devised another solution: the hidden kitchen.
The Miniki line is made of three modules, each of which is customizable. For example, the largest module can have 6 burners or just 2 burners and a sink. The medium one can have a sink or more burners. Depending on what features you choose, you can have shelves or drawers. The smallest module can be a fridge, an oven, or a cabinet. The possibilities accommodate just about every kind of cook.
I might have a hard time picking a color from the 14 ones available. I love the white exterior with a sky blue interior, but monochrome would look great too.
Miniki has won a few awards in the past two years, including a German Design Award and Interior Innovation Award. It's no wonder — their tiny kitchens rival many bigger kitchens in both style and function.
