Certain tastes are able to perfectly bisect the population. Your preference for a clean, minimal desk over one cluttered with inspiration says just as much about your personality as your preference for grape jelly over strawberry jam. So tell us: Do you like simply minimal workspaces or decorated desks full of inspiration?
Do you prefer the sleek lines of a desk designed with minimalism in mind, or the colorful liveliness of a desk cluttered with inspirational pieces?
We think that your choice to go for one over the other has a lot to do with your personality. Do you fit these workspace profiles? Or do you break out of the mold? Tell us in the comments!

Minimalism all the way for me, although I prefer other products than Apple's I really love the wireless keyboard too
minimalism is nice, but with a bit of inspiration! Too much becomes overwhelming. I'm having tons of fun working my way through my home-office decor. :)
Minimalism is for magazine photos. I want to see my stuff all around me.
I like how minimalism looks and too much "stuff" on my desk (or visible surfaces) causes me a lot of stress and makes it harder for me to concentrate: but on the same hand, if I can't see my stuff I won't use it.
minimalism. i can bring my project's inspiration to the workspace and be surrounded with items related to the focus of my project at hand. a few personal items remind me of life away from the desk. clutter = distractions.
I like minimalism because once I start working stuff gets everywhere. So I don't want stuff on my desk to get mixed in with my work.
Minimalism, at least at the start and end of each day. Working for a Japanese company instilled the practice of cleaning my desk of everything, every day, before leaving. It's so nice to have a fresh start every day.
I consider myself a minimalist, but for some reason the desk area kind of gets me. I love the way both look, and personally I have a pretty minimal set up now, but I do get tempted. However I know if I were to add a cool print or something I'd like it for a few days, then miss my minimalist set up.
