Neutral dinnerware fills my cabinets, but I am getting a little weary of it I must admit. I am ready for a bit of sparkle. The best (and most cost effective) way to change up your dinner collection it to change out your bowls. Most are a great price point and come in fun patterns. Check out the selection below!
• West Elm carries the Modernist bowls ($8) in fun patterns and sizes.
• Conundrum ($64 - $138) makes a hand made set of bowls from reclaimed wood.
• I am always a sucker for Anthropologie’s Atom Art Bowls ($8).
• Beautiful and basic, West Elm has a new line of mixing bowls to die for ($16 - $29).
• Abode’s bamboo mixing bowls ($14 - $24) add a fun pop of color to any kitchen.

Damn you, now I want to go out and buy a bunch of bowls (which I don't need)!
I love the West Elm & Anthropolgie. In my kitchen, I love my iittala owl bows, bright zak! gelato bowls and inherited japanese raku/stoneware bowls. If you look in your local Japan grocery stores or Japan town, you can also find cute bowls.
I am a bowlomaniac. Thank you for this.
Love the bamboo mixing bowls... when I was in Vietnam I bought a bunch at the markets, in the most beautiful colours. I think they were about $1 each? I wanted to buy some more after I got home, but apart from the extraordinary prices, the colours are just nothing like in Vietnam!
I am working on growing my bowl collection. Love lots of mismatched, colourful bowls!
The Conudrum bowls are fabulous! Do you have a link to where they are being sold?
Oh I love bowls! I like the mismatched antique looking ones too!
