We're big fans of the organic fabric and wallpaper line Mod Green Pod, based out of Austin. Featuring bright colors, bold patterns and products that are good for the environment, we're super excited about their most recent news!

Mod Green Pod has launched a new custom fabric program allowing customers to pick their own colors for any of their signature prints, with just a one yard minimum. You can choose colors for any of the prints in their current ongoing collection of prints, or choose from a new line of prints designed by Nancy Mims exclusively for the custom color program. As with all of their products, Mod Green Pod prints use low-impact inks on their US-grown and woven organic cotton groundcloth, with fabric weights perfect for a variety of home decor projects and upholstery.

The chair featured in the photos was found at one of Nancy's favorite Austin vintage furniture stores, Room Service. Though the orignal upholstery had seen better days, Nancy could see it had great bones. It's a great showcase of the new custom print, "Anticipate," reupholstered by Sabrina Stewart at Under Cover Upholstery in Austin.

For more details and pricing for custom prints you can check out this link. Need more inspiration? Nancy has mocked up some color suggestions and posted them on Mod Green Pod's Facebook page. Which print would you choose, and what would your custom colors be?
