Modern Meets Retro Radios

We listen to our iPod every single day, but when we're not listening to it, we still enjoy an occasional listen on the radio. Maybe it's nostalgia, or maybe it's because we've had the privilege of finding a few radios that are designed with people like us in mind. A radio covered in white rubber sounds right up our alley...

SANGEAN WR-11 AM/FM Table Top Radio, $79.96 at Amazon — Analog AM/FM radio with rotary dial, analog band with backlight and LED tuning indicator and made from MDF.

Wooden Radio Cube, 219.00 EURO from Singulier — Each radio is a single piece and has its individual number and production date printed on it. Power supplied by 4 AA type batteries (included) or an AC adapter (not included). Our favorite part, comes with a music player/iPod connector so you can use it as a speaker.

Tykho Radio, $55.00 at ABC Home — A compact radio covered in a unique substance, rubber. Perfect for inside or outside, in the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. Change the station by turning the antenna to find an AM/FM radio station.
