Love, love, love these modern silhouettes.

During our morning blog check, we noticed Victoria's post about Karl Johnson at L.A.'s Cut Arts. He works entirely freehand, creating a silhouette from a photo you send to him. His work's been shown in a bunch of magazines, including Domino, Elle Decor, and Country Home. While some of the portraits are (let's face it) kinda cheesy (see the Cowboy Couple), we find the simpler ones -- especially these pet ones -- really appealing.
