I'm moving this week which has me rethinking all my belongings and decorating choices. Suddenly I can't stand neutral furniture that feels too safe. I'm gravitating to truly unique finds that pop with color, pattern and texture. I want to surround myself with furnishings that invigorate the mind. This week's Marketplace roundup is inspired by the items that make you say "Wow!"—these listings come with plenty of flair and fun.

Ello Furniture Chrome Dresser in Chicago, IL

Take a trip back to the 1970's with this modular chrome dresser. Made up of two drawer units stacked, this storage piece feels fresh thanks to the chrome and gray glass tones. Although it's not labeled, this item was designed by Ello Furniture. Available on Apartment Therapy Marketplace, $900.

Jean De Merry Lumier Chandelier in Los Angeles, CA

This beautiful brass chandelier is reminiscent of the iconic starburst lamp fixture, yet it has a more organic feel to it, a bit like a bird's nest. I love how the light bounces off the metal spikes. Designed by Jean de Merry, it originally retails for $5,800. Available on Apartment Therapy Marketplace, $2,800.

Vintage Velvet Sofa in Chicago, IL

Are you daring enough for this vintage velvet sofa? The funky geometric pattern is eye-catching yet not overwhelming. If you can't get enough, consider buying the matching loveseat. Both are in good vintage condition with minor wear and tear. Available on Apartment Therapy Marketplace, $599.

Silver Tufted Armchairs in Brooklyn, NY

Is the juxtaposition of metallic faux leather on a pair of Victorian tufted chairs too much? I certainly don't think so. The hand carved wood frame has been painted a glossy black, making it a proper canvas for the silver upholstery. Just picture one of them at each end of your dining table like thrones. Available on Apartment Therapy Marketplace, $400 for the pair or $200 each.

Pair of Vintage Bamboo Armchairs in Los Angeles, CA

Flawlessly paired with custom cut seat cushions are these vintage bamboo Chippendale chairs lacquered in a dark red. The geometric upholstery fabric is by Lee Jofa. Sure, this pair packs plenty of personality but they are classics that can still mix well with other furniture styles. Don't be afraid to go red! Available on Apartment Therapy Marketplace, $1,500.
