This home is located South of Boston near the Audubon Society's 2,000-acre Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary. Though the location is more rural than urban, the family wanted an urban approach to rural living — and the resulting home would fit in almost anywhere.
Designed by Boston-based Utile, Inc. Architecture + Planning, the goal of the Moose Hill House was to maximize "value, efficiency, and sustainability while maintaining a striking modern form high on the hillside."
