You know that we love seeing how everyone has organized and displayed things in their IKEA Expedit. I'll admit that part of why I'm so motivated to see the way others have arranged their Expedits is because I hastily donated mine a few years ago to Goodwill.
The best part of this particular one for me is the random placement of the colorful handled baskets. It gives the various cubby holes a common thread and makes it look more organized. We're just imagining all of the wonderful bits and bobbles each basket hides. For more photos of this space, check out Fine Little Day.

LOVE this photo. I have craved an EXPEDIT bookcase for years. Maybe I'll just get it at IKEA and be done with it. I'm never gonna "not" want it.
Oh.and I wish I'd gone to your goodwill after you donated it. what a SCORE someone got!
Nice photo. I think mine is actually a Bonde unit, not an Expedit, it's bigger and has much thicker boards on the outsides. But the cubbies are the same size. I bought it as a room divider/bookcase in an old apartment of mine. But now it's in my daughter's room, storing her books and toys. For hidden storage, I have Target bins covered in one of their Liberty prints. Looks pretty, hides a multitude of messy sins!
