More on "Un-Toys"

We've asked you before what your child's favorite Non-Toy Toys are, and it was so much fun reading your answers: everything from remote controls and cell phones to catalogs and wallets. We love the list of "un-toys" we found at Are So Happy...

These aren't so much the haphazard things your child gets attached to, but more purposely planned alternatives to the traditional toys. As is so often the case, most kids love un-toys. And yes, many of the beautiful toys we buy are secretly kinda for us. (See our previous post on "Your Favorite Baby Products For You")

So, it's a great idea to look around and find some items to mix things up a bit. Are So Happy's list includes: tree blocks, play silks, pine cones, cardboard boxes, junk mail, blankets, and more.

What's on your list of "un-toys" that your child loves to play with?
