We stumbled across this idea recently and just had to try them on our last camping trip: peanut butter cup s'mores. Sure there are a thousand variations on this campfire staple but these have floated to the top of our favorites. Aside from being predictably yummy these s'mores are so easy to make. Like original s'mores aren't easy already, we know, but these are even easier. Not Martha is the inspiration behind the peanut butter cup s'more variation and she shares her tip of warming the cups by the fire while you wait for the marshmallows to roast. They become soft really quickly. No more wrapping in tin foil or dealing with hard chocolate; it worked perfectly. The kids will thank you.
