Travel Month has come and gone, but the Moroccan home decor movement is alive and well. If you like the look, take heed from the luxury tent rooms at Marrakech's Le Palais Rhoul...
Floor-to-ceiling curtains lining the walls unify the entire space. They're parted at windows and doors but create a solid backdrop at the wall behind the bed. Their light, sheer weight and white-on-white prints are subtle and serene. Their size and expanse are awesome and dramatic.

This is moroccan design as it should be. Simple, elegant, relaxing, beautiful and modern all at the same time. It's my favorite design style and I hope this "moroccan movement" doesn't ruin the spirit of it.
I can just see myself tripping on the rug and tumbling headfirst into that pool in the middle of the night.
how could a trend ruin the style when there's still a country called morocco in which the style is de rigeur?
Jts-I thought the same thing...
Lady J, I met other countries not morocco.
