I've been trying to contact and get information from Mosaic USA and I am making no progress. Could I ask who you spoke to there. There are no telephone numbers listed for their New Rochelle New York office but they seem to still have it listed on their website. I called their offices directly in Spain and the person there could only suggest I send an inquiry through their e-mail, which I did. No has responded. Does anyone know if encaustic cement is a bad choice for kitchen flooring? I know when I'm at convention centers (all concrete floors), my feet hurt after a while. I'd hate to put them in my kitchen and then realize it had the same result.
