After a recent weekend in Palm Springs, my obsession with all things retro is renewed, and these fit the bill perfectly. These postcards seem so glamorous and chic, far from the more mundane reputation of motels today. And while there are many modern interpretations of this mid-century style, we'll never again be impressed by amenities like "coffee, paper and TV."
