Diaper bags are a personal thing. Some parents prefer a bag with lots of pockets; some prefer a simple tote. (Check out our roundup of diaper bags here). After trying out numerous diaper bags and bags turned into diaper bags, we settled on Mr. B's Trooper-AC bag.

The Trooper-AC is a roomy tote-style bag with a zipper enclosed top. There is an open pocket inside, a zippered pocket front and center, and two insulated, waterproof pockets on either side. This is great for families with two or more kids - you can keep bottles and sippy cups separate, or keep hot and cold foods separate.
You can throw the Trooper-AC over your shoulder or attach it to your stroller using the shoulder strap. It's great for both moms and dads. Our only complaint is that the Trooper-AC doesn't come with one or more of these Spy Bags also by Mr. B. They make organizing smaller items much easier.
We got our Trooper-AC here for $56.50.

Shaw's Original Fir...
well, I've got one better -- a diaper bag that is a booster seat!!!
Here in Europe, only cafeteria-style or chain restaurants seem to have high chairs or boosters seats, so when you are travelling, it is really a pain. so we were in the market for an easily portable booster seat, and found this diaper bag:
