• Mr Beams
We live in one of those older 1930's era buildings where the idea of plugging in anything and everywhere wasn't yet even an iota of a concept for daily life. That means we've got a couple closets where there are no lights installed overhead and nary an outlet anywhere near. We've used some battery powered LED motion sensor lights before, but to be frank, they kind of suck, barely illuminating the closet except for a 16" diameter bright white spot...like having someone shine a small flashlight.
But that's certainly not the case with the new Mr Beams motion sensor LED ceiling light. The illumination this unit produces is warm, extremely bright with wide coverage, and is super easy to install (our closet is too messy to share). Hands down, the best battery powered LED lighting unit we've tested, and even weatherproof for outdoor use for areas like a shed or porch.
