Mrs. Meyer is like a sage, sensible grandmother. She doesn't promise you won't have to use a little elbow grease or that anything *magic* will happen when you clean, but she does promise that her products will clean well, smell great and be earth-friendly. And did you know they've added a baby line to their cadre?

We like that Mrs. Meyer's is upfront about their products and where they fit on the environmental spectrum rather than just slapping the green label on themselves. The company uses naturally-derived ingredients when possible and otherwise chooses safe synthetics. Their liquid cleansers are biodegradeable and don't contain ammonia, chlorine or phosphates. Mrs. Meyer's products are never tested on animals. Also, their packaging is entirely recyclable.

We must admit that part of the appeal of Mrs. Meyer's products is the packaging - even the design is clean in kind of an old-fashioned, retro way. That sensibility holds true for their newest line of baby products.

Called Baby Blossom, the line includes hand soap, hand lotion, freshening spray, surface spray, surface wipes, stain remover and laundry detergent. They've been dermatologist-tested to be gentle and pure for use around your baby.

Baby Blossom products range in price from $5-$12. If you can't find them locally, you can order them online here.
