A lot of computer users lust after a multiple monitor setup. All in all, it's definitely convenient to use more than one monitor, but it's sometimes hard to exactly know how many you need. Nuntius has definitely got a few screens, but they seem well positioned and used well. Some of the workstations with six or more monitors can get overwhelming.
Nuntius is a web designer from Greece and his home office setup is interesting since he's set it up all against a wall. This means that he can easily light up his workstation thanks to some spots he integrated into a shelf. His workstation was a total of four monitors, but only two of those are plugged into his main computing rig. The other two smaller screens are used by another computer. His laptop is docked on a stand.
- 2×Acer X223W monitors 1680×1050
- PC (AMD Athlon 64×2 Dual 4200 GHz, 2GB RAM, 2TB HDD)
- Fujitsu Aiemens laptop
- Retro joystic
While it would have been cool to have four monitors plugged into a single computer, at a certain point, you don't need that much screen real estate. All in all, the easy setup and tasteful decorations set this home office apart.
