Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome Threatened by Budget Cuts

The former director of Rome's Museum of Contemporary Art (MACRO) told La Repubblica that their municipal funding has been slashed from €350,000 in 2013 to €61,000 this year and is in danger of closing. These cuts, announced in April, affected many of the city's cultural institutions.
