I'm a sucker for a good party trick. Over the years I've broken more than a few wine glasses (and probably ear drums) attempting to duplicate that scene from Miss Congeniality where Sandra Bullock plays "None of Your Business" on a tray of wine glasses. I'm clumsy and tone deaf, but I'm still convinced that it would be a a hilarious trick to pull out at parties. That's why I was so excited to find these Musical Wine Glasses.
For those of us who do not have perfect pitch, the lead-free Austrian crystal glasses by Luna & Curious look like normal wine glasses, but with musical notes marked on the side. Fill the glass to the line marked D, and the glass will play a D. Drink a bit, and it'll play an E. They can be played by running a finger around the rim, or by tapping the side.
A 12-person dinner party could play a complete octave. I find myself tempted to gather all my friends and start a hipster glass orchestra.
What say you — would you put these out at your next party?

Love them. *Just* enough kitsch.
These are pretty great, but in Miss Congeniality she played "Somewhere My Love" from Dr. Zhivago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5K-43bjRwU Don't trust Yahoo Answers.
Hahaha, I was worried that might happen. I can almost never identify songs without lyrics. (I really am tone deaf.)
