Name: Daniel/dmstudio
Location: Cheesman Park, Denver, Colorado
Type of space: Balcony
Over the weekend, Daniel sent us photos of his "great outdoors". Though our official form for sending in your outside space is not up yet (it is coming tomorrow - keep an eye out), we thought we'd share this peek at Daniel's corner of the world. He writes:
"I have a very small balcony space that measures 3 feet wide by 13 feet long. I've made the most of the space with small chairs and table and planters on the outside of the beautiful wrought iron railing. It is wonderful to sit outside on cool Colorado evenings and chat with my neighbors as well as all the foot traffic since my home is located adjacent to one of Denver's beautiful parks."

Where are the flower boxes from???
very cute! I want to sit in the breeze with a good book on your balcony!
nice looking balcony! love the planter boxes.
Yay, hometown! I love the Cheesman Park area, what a great representative!
Hey, I live right around the corner from you!
Thank you for the nice comments. The flower boxes were purchased about 5 years ago at Target and modified to go on the rail. I don't think they sell them anymore. They originally had galvanized inserts which I removed and added the metal mesh in the base as well as the clay pots. They are secured to the railing using pipe clamps.
Cindycindy, be sure and say hi if you see me outside! That goes for you too Charmedseed.
Very happy to have Colorado in the spread. Thank you for the inspiring balcony, from your fellow Coloradoan.
Brilliant use of space! Nice work.
