My Party: Cobe

St. Pete, FL

Bubbles, pizza, a parade - sounds like our kind of party! Stacia tells us more: We really wanted Cobe's 1st birthday to be homemade and heartfelt from the decor to the dessert.

We found a monster image on Etsy, purchased it and modified it to fit our needs but veered off with more of a color scheme than a theme. We baked 100 cupcakes, handmade noisemakers, grew pumpkins to give away as favors, brewed up a super secret bubble concoction and sewed together a fancy shirt for the birthday boy himself. Then we ordered as many pizzas as we could carry (we had to give in somewhere) and lined up the kids in wagons and on scooters for a birthday parade.

Our best friend, also an amazing photographer, came into town for the party and was able to capture the essence of the day in photographs. It couldn't have been a better day.

Thanks Stacia!
