Alison proves that inspiration can strike anytime and anywhere; in her case at the hardware store: Our son Finn just turned 2 in July and to celebrate we thought we'd throw him a backyard BBQ bash.
Our inspiration came from the local hardware store, every time we stopped by to pick up a random something for our house Finn would be mesmerized with a little red wagon in the back of the store. This "wagon-love" was destined to be the theme and centerpiece at his second b-day bash.
The decorations included crepe paper balls, handmade paper pinwheels, balloons, a felt birthday banner, red velvet cupcakes, handmade gocco invitations, and of course the red wagon cookies prepared special for Finn by his loving mom.
Thanks Alison! See more of Finn's terrific party at Deucecities Henhouse.
