It's getting colder out but this cheery party will warm you up! McKenzie shares: The theme for Liliana's first birthday party was "cupcakes and lemonade" - she seems to love pink, so we incorporated it into pretty much everything!

I purchased a custom-made lemonade stand for beverage service, used pink stripes for the tablecloths and most of the paper goods and focused on stripes and brackets for design elements. We had an inflatable jumper for the kids to play in, and a gorgeous, sunny day for all to enjoy.

We had delicious cupcakes from Cake Eater Bakery (carrot, raspberry lemonade, strawberry shortcake and chocolate bomb), Izzy sodas, sandwiches, and lots of fruit and veggies. The cake topper was made by Naked Peggies on Etsy, clear cake stands and paper goods were homemade, the pink picnic table was an old, black Ikea table that needed a lift.

Liliana had a splendid time!
