Diane shared Nilsa's delicious birthday party with us: In the beginning stages of planning Nilsa's birthday we wanted to stray away from traditional themes and characters so our inspiration was to take things that are whimsical memories of childhood. What child doesn't love milk & cookies!

The color scheme was yellow, brown and white. Polka dots helped highlight the milk and cookies that abounded. Pictures of Nilsa eating cookies were used for her invitation and most everything else. Individual sized FRESH milk containers from Ronny Brook Farms of whole and chocolate milk were given out as favors and enjoyed by child and adult alike. We had enough cookies (oatmeal raisin, sugar and chocolate chip) to have an infinite sugar high!
