My Party: Noah

Perth, Australia

This is one adventure we'd love to go on. Bianca shares her son's fabulous party: Noah's favourite movie is Disney Pixar's "Up" and we wanted to tie his 4th birthday to the movie. We chose the catchphrase "Adventure is Out There!" and so used a lot of vintage maps, light blues and mint greens in the theme.

We carried this theme through the dessert table, with white and blue Oreo pops, cookies with green and blue M&M's and Oreos dipped in white chocolate with blue piped N's on them and cupcakes with blue icing and homemade rice bubble bars wrapped in map paper.

I made up some labels and cupcake toppers that had a compass on them that said NOAH instead of NESW and we also had mini Adventure Books for the kids, filled with little activities to complete in order to earn Wilderness Explorer badge stickers!

We tied a large bunch of balloons to his outdoor cubby house and the kids went home with their very own pair of binoculars in bags labeled with "Thank you for being part of my Adventure".

Thanks Bianca! Readers, want more inspiration from this party? See many more photos and ideas on Bianca's blog, A Little Delightful (part 1, part 2, & part 3)
