When Jennifer Perkins' daughter, Tallulah Fawn turned 1 this past February...it only felt natural that there would be a deer-based bash in the works. For this first birthday there were Astro Turf covered tables, handmade soaps, candies and magnets, plus fabulous vignettes and party decor all over the home. This is one birthday blow out you don't want to miss!
The fawn theme for this pretty little party was kicked off with the help of a birthday logo that Jennifer had designed. From there she ran with it making cupcake toppers, cookies, gift bags and more. The logo provided her a way to make everyday objects similar without having to be matchy-matchy in her decor and accessories.
Being the craft diva that she is, a deer mold was used to make personal soaps for parting gifts for guests as well as candy pops for everyone to snack on. There were paper chains, banners and even a fabulous display of weekly photos taken since Tallulah's second week in the world. We just can't decide which we love more... that she remembered to take her picture every week in the same chair, or that the display censors a seductive Burt Reynolds painting in their living room (which by the way are words we never thought we'd use in conjunction).
Jennifer did an amazing job of cataloging all the decor that was made, hung and enjoyed by all, so make sure to take a few minutes and check out all the pictures from the day, and there's even more over here!
Thanks Jennifer, Chris and Tallulah!
