Cristen shared this peek inside her son Declan's cheery nursery with Ohdeedoh. She told us a little bit about the process of putting it together: The room was painted yellow (Sherwin Williams Glisten Yellow ) before we even found out I was pregnant. I always felt yellow would work with many different styles. One day while looking for art work on Etsy I came across three prints that I just fell in love with.
All three of them were bright, colorful and gender neutral. Once we found out it was a boy I added more blue and some boyish accessories. The room is a mix of things I found or gifts from loved ones like the ABC quilt above the dresser.
Thanks, Cristen and Declan!

I like how you used the wall decals! The room is nice and cheery.
I like this a lot. It's very inviting. I think the quilt above the changing table/dresser is a great idea. Something for him to check out while you're changing him. I'm currently having an issue with my little guy trying to sit up and pull on the blinds!
what a lovely soothing room!! well done :)
I love the bedding, where did you find it?
where is the dresser from? We are also using the Dwell Circles bedding in our little one's nursery. I love the simplicity of this room!
We have the same bedding in our girl's nursery! It's Dwell for Target.
What a cheerful, charming room! And I love the little table beside the Ikea chair!
This is so great! We are currently doing a dr. seuss themed nursery and I'm having trouble envisioning the use of the multi colors without it looking awful but this is great inspiration.
I love the silver elephant on the bookcase, can you share where you got it?
Thank you everyone for your nice comments. The bookcase and dresser are from JcPenny. The bedding and elephant bank are from Target. The side table was from Home Goods.
Happy Holidays!
