Catherine shared photos and details of her daughter Cate's lovely nursery. She tells us: I picked the Dwell bedding and turquoise paint before I knew if I was having a boy or a girl. I just loved the colors and knew it would pair up well with any additional colors I decided to add in later.
Even one accent wall in a bold color can make a big difference. I think a lot of people are afraid of color and think all the walls have to be same. I made the far wall in the room white to give it some depth, and just painted the three other walls the turquoise. The turquoise paint is called Peacock Feathers (724), from Benjamin Moore.
Thanks, Catherine and Cate!

i love that crib - where did you find/inherit/get it? very nice colors. how was the transition to the big bed? we're currently battling the big bed right now.
Thanks! The crib is a Jenny Lind, I think we got ours at Babies R Us. We haven't done the transition to the big bed yet, right now its still just a comfy spot to sit and read. Hopefully it will go smoothly soon. Good Luck to you!
Where did you happen to find that alphabet picture over the bed? I absolutely LOVE it!
Oh thanks! I illustrated and designed the poster myself-
