Luciana shares her son's earth-toned room - we especially like this sweet, easy-to-reach changing table setup: Our baby's nursery was designed by my husband Leo, who got really excited about the project. The main inspiration was the blue/brown color mix, and the dot pattern.
He defined the position of the furniture to keep the best circulation, we wanted a simple white cradle with good structure and not many details, so that we could play a lot with the fabric patterns. His aunt customized all sheets, pillows and curtains, we bought the fabrics that matched the palette.
He defined the beige section of the wall as a horizon for the elements such as the pouch bags, stickers and frames. The stickers were a gift from our friends at Cazulo - we loved the tree sticker and it happened to fit the concept. As for the bird sticker, it was designed by my husband who works as an illustrator, and it was customized by Cazulo.
We had some fun drawing funny watercolors for the opposite wall from the crib (I work with animation, so I love to draw too), and used plain wood photo frames to hang them.
Thanks Luciana!

Shaw's Original Fir...
Very sweet & pleasant nursery! This is similar to what we'd like to do. Nice lines, clean colors & precious! I love that birdy :)
Wow, wonderful nursery! Like it a lot!
That's a changing pad you don't want to get poop on!! It's beautiful!
Love the hanging pockets, I'll be stealing that idea! :)
Love that crib, it looks sort of like a nicer gulliver! Can anyone identify it? Love this room- it'll be so easy to grow into!
I'm so curious - What's up with the teapot on the changing table?
sawii, here in Brazil doctors usally tell the moms not to use wipes in the first months. So we use water and cotton. When the baby is born in the winter, some like to keep a teapot with warm water for this, so the baby won't wake up with a cold cotton ball on her touchie! =)
