Kaylee will be here any day just arrived and look at the beautiful room she has to look forward to. Yvonne shares: I'm really excited about our new nursery because it is for our first child. It was a long journey but we're so happy with the end result.
My husband did all the heavy duty stuff, putting shelves and dresser together while I was researching and designing the nursery at 8-9 months pregnant. I designed all the artworks in the nursery to give it some personal touch.
When we first started decorating the nursery, I knew I wanted the walls to be bright and neutral. So we ended up painting the walls two colors, light lime green and a darker lime green from Vaspar. I was very inspired by simple and modern design for this nursery.
I hope our nursery will inspire others to be creative with an empty room like I was inspired by so many blogs and magazines when I first started this process.

It's hard to tell from the pictures that this room is actually green but I think it looks lovely. When that little one starts moving though, I suspect the clothes won't be on the hangers for long!
