We're guessing Bianca and Stella are snowed in in Chicago today, but we like to imagine they're having some cozy time in their shared room. Their mom Jenna shares: I was a little worried I wouldn't get to have much fun decorating when I realized the configuration of my four bedroom home (two up, two down) meant it was better for my girls (a toddler and one on the way) to share a room.
However I went full force into revamping what I had and ended up with something almost entirely handmade that I'm pretty happy about. I painted the paintings myself after seeing something similar (and pricey!) on Rosenberry rooms, I sewed the comforter, I made the pom poms out of old t-shirts, I painted the frames and the flower holder was repurposed from my wedding.
I had "wallpapered" myself into a corner a few years ago with a yellow and blue color scheme, but I really think it works for two girls.
Thanks Jenna! Readers, see more of this shared room here.
