For anyone who wondered about hanging pom poms impermanently, Nadia has a solution in this charming room for Bella. She shares: I wanted this room to be cute and whimsical, without being too girly. Eventually, this will be a shared room so we wanted to paint the walls a gender-neutral color that would work well with different accent colors brought in through fabrics and prints.
This room has definitely been an ever-evolving project, from moving the white Jenny-Lind crib out and bringing in a "big-girl" bed, to painting a wall of magnetic paint for a now toddler, but the basics have stayed constant, which we love.
The dresser was a thrift store find, painted white. The teepee was actually made and painted by Bella's godfather. The art on the walls are switched out pretty often but include a notecard I received for my baby shower along with some Suzie Ultman prints.
My favorite diy is the pom-pom "waterfall." I was obviously inspired by many Ohdeedoh rooms here, but with vaulted 12' ceilings, I had to get creative with the placement; command hooks and fishing line worked like a charm! Ultimately, we just go with things we love and try not to spend too much so that when I do get the itch to switch things around, it's not a big deal to do.
Great advice, thanks Nadia!

Nomade Express Slee...
I seriously tried making a teepee at least 50 times as a kid, and never could manage. This kid is super lucky!
I did the exact same thing (poms/lanterns in the corner with the 3M Command hooks) because I was uneasy about putting them all directly over the crib and potentially falling in. This is a lovely version in pink and white.
Absolutely fabulous. So truly sweet.
ok, i am now completely sold on the minnen bed. getting it for my daughter! it looks gorgeous in this room!

Goes to show you that white always look fresh and sweet. So calming, I want this look for my room!
